I know there isn't a picture of me in there,
cause i was taking the pictures that are shown above.
This was our last MPW lesson and it was the day we cook
our selected receipes with our herb or spice inside.
The whole group decided on salad,
and that was what we had made.
All of us worked hard (including me),
preparing the ingredients, cleaning them and
cooking them.
We all had fun and i can say that we had teamwork there.
The salad we made was quite a success i suppose.
So that was the end of our MPW lesson

This is an easy and flavorful recipe for roasted rosemary potatoes. If you can turn on the oven, you can make this recipe! Roasted potatoes with rosemary are an easy and inexpensive side dish for vegetarians and vegans and suitable for those on a gluten-free diet.

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 50 minutes
Total Time: 55 minutes

Ingredients:

Preparation:

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.

In a large bowl, toss all ingredients together until potatoes are lightly coated with olive oil.

Place potatoes on a baking pan, and bake for 25 minutes.

During the 25 mins,

Remove potatoes from oven and gently toss, turning the potatoes over as needed. Bake for another 25 minutes or until potatoes are done roasting. Enjoy your rosemary potatoes!

ROSEMARY CHICKEN !

Ingredients:
1 (3 lb.) chicken, cut up
Salt and freshly ground pepper
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
1/4 c. dry white wine
1/4 c. chicken broth

Preparation:
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
In a large frying pan heat oil and butter over medium heat.
Add garlic cloves and cook 2 minutes without browning.
Add chicken and cook, turning, until lightly browned, about 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with rosemary, add wine and chicken broth.
Cover and cook over low heat, turning once, about 30 minutes, until tender.
To serve, remove chicken to warm platter.
Discard garlic cloves and pour any remaining pan juices over chicken.

This is an easy chicken recipe with mushrooms, white wine, and rosemary.

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crumbled
1/3 cup dry white wine
3 to 4 pounds chicken pieces
salt and pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil or vegetable oil
Preparation:
Mix rosemary with white wine; cover and refrigerate for several hours.
Lightly season chicken with salt and pepper.
Brown chicken over medium low heat in hot oil.
Add wine mixture. cover and simmer for 45 minutes, or until chicken is tender.
Add mushrooms the last 10 minutes.
Serve chicken with the rosemary sauce.
Serves 4.

Reflection
Pakawan:
On last last friday,we went to botanic garden
We have seen a lot of herbs and spices.
Including how to make use of them...we can make a lot of things out of them
such as,medicines and foods etc.
Not only the beautiful scenery we have seen,the atmosphere was also fantastic!
We have earned a great experience there.
Jianfu:
 on the friday before last friday, i and my group went to the botanic garden.
and there are so~much different kind of plants. like curry leaf , pandan , cinnamon etc.
those plant can be made into different kind of dishes and some of them  even can be used as medicines~~~

We went to the Botanical Garden ,
saw many types of herbs and spices ,
learnt a lot about them .
Just sad that they didn't talk about our plant.
